This counting system is dedicated to checking in and tracking scout, leader, and observer headcounts inside camp zones for safety, organization, and emergency compliance.

2. Staff Responsibilities

Authorized operators must scan QR codes accurately at active gate checkpoints and must not abuse credentials or manually bypass validation checks without authorization.

3. Acceptable Use

Attempts to spoof QR codes, bypass duplication scanning validation constraints, or flood database endpoints are strictly prohibited and subject to deactivation.
